Policies

All services must be booked via the online booking system.

Cancellations

Please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 24 hours in advance. There is a set window with our online booking system to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Failure to fulfill your appointment or cancel/reschedule within the allotted time frame or a NO CALL, NO SHOW will result in a $40 cancellation fee. 

 

Please avoid as best as possible calling or texting us at the last minute to cancel or adjust your appointment. In an effort to create an amazing salon experience, we must enforce these policies. 

We look forward to servicing you for all your hair care needs. 

Other Studio Policies

  • You must book for the exact service you need done, including any extra services needed like a trim, deep condition or weave removal. 

  • Once your service is booked, you can not change your services upon arrival to the studio. All services must be booked online, and any changes must be made via the online booking system. 

  • You must arrive at the time of your appointment, and not too soon as this creates a scheduling conflict. 

  • Please do not use studio supplies for personal use, this includes shampooing your weave hair without booking a shampoo service.

  • We accept Credit Cards, Zelle, Cash App and Cash as forms of payments. Credit Card payments require an additional service fee.
